Feedback and complaints
Let us know if you have feedback or a complaint, or if you want to give us a compliment. Feedback is valuable as it helps us shape our services to meet your needs.
We all expect quality teaching for your child in order
that they may achieve their full potential. Working
together will give us the best chance of supporting your
child during their time at Flagstaff Hill R-7 School.
We also recognise that at times
things may go wrong. If you have a concern or a
complaint, we want you to let us know. It's important
to learn from mistakes or misunderstandings so that we can
improve your child’s experience and learning, and also
improve processes where possible.
The process in working through a
concern or complaint is to talk to:
- First of all,
the staff member concerned.
- Secondly, if you
are still not happy, talk to the relevant
School Leader, Principal, Mr Phi Greaves,
Deputy Principal, Mr Kym Day or Senior
Leader, Mrs Jane Waltham.
Please be aware that at this point it will be treated as a formal complaint and it will be recorded in accordance with DECD procedures. If you are still not happy with the resolution or process;
